Insurance Billing Services

We currently accept Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa based insurances. You will be asked to provide the information needed including relevant consent forms, letter of medical necessity (from a qualified medical provider) and other insurance required information for pre-approval prior to beginning of services. We will work with you to ensure this pre-qualification and approval goes and expeditiously as possible with the insurance company.

Private Pay Services

Self-pay options are available for consultations and private ABA services for individuals and families who prefer not to use insurance or whose services are not covered.

PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) Training

Short-term PECS training is available for self-pay families who would like to establish a functional communication system for their child. This service includes individualized instruction for both the child and caregivers to develop and implement the PECS program effectively.

Training focuses on:

• Establishing the PECS communication system.
• Teaching caregivers how to implement PECS consistently and confidently.
• Coaching families through each stage of the program.
• Conducting periodic follow-up sessions to collect data, monitor implementation fidelity, provide additional training, and make adjustments as your child’s communication skills develop.

The goal is to empower families with the knowledge and confidence to support their child’s communication across home and community settings.
