With over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I understand both the rewards and the challenges that come with caring for a loved one with behavioral needs. Families often find themselves facing difficult situations without knowing the best way to respond or how to encourage positive behavior change. While no intervention can guarantee perfect results, there are evidence-based strategies that have been shown to effectively reduce challenging behaviors while teaching meaningful replacement skills that promote greater independence and improve quality of life.
My goal is to support children, adults, and families by providing comprehensive, in-person Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and training family members, caregivers, and other support staff to implement these strategies with confidence and consistency. I believe that lasting success comes from empowering the people who know and care for the individual every day.
Behavioral needs can change over time, and strategies that were once effective may need to be adjusted. When new challenges arise, I remain available to provide ongoing support through both in-person and virtual consultations. With the appropriate consent, I can also collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, schools, therapists, and other members of the individual’s care team to ensure a coordinated, consistent approach that best supports the individual’s success across all environments.
